| How long does it take to process my order? |
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. We value our customers so please email us should any problem arise and we will do our very best to solve it for you.

We use Paypal to process our payments. Paypal is the global leader in processing on-line transactions. Payments can be made by Paypal account, Credit card and bank transfer. | Can I return my purchase if it is not suitable? |
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition, with tags attached. We will be happy to refund your full purchase price (excluding shipping charges). If you prefer, we will also gladly exchange your item, provided stock is available (additional shipping charges may apply). Please contact us first to initiate any return process. Well will not accept returns without our authorisation. Buy with Confidence!

| What happens if my purchase is not received? |
We have sent 1000's of items via Australia Post without any problems. For piece of mind we send all orders over $50AUD by Registered Post at no additional cost!

| How much is postage? |
We charge a flat rate of $7.50 regardless of quantity purchased (Australia only). International purchases are very welcome. Postage for international purchases is automatically calculated on checkout at Australia Post priority airmail rates.
